Licensed to Gottlieb for US distribution where it was their first video game. This caused a bit of press, given that Gottlieb had been a fixture in pinball for decades up to that point.
Released in April 1980 in Japan; December 1980 in the United States.
Moving Tanks | 100 points 1st round, points added each round |
Parked Tanks | 200 points 1st round, points always double moving tanks. |
Wait in a lower corner of the screen for the moving tanks to come towards you, then run around the tanks and shoot the parked tanks behind the river. Points are doubled, plus doing the maneuver successfully gives you a few seconds of free shots at the sitting tanks.
