This appears to be an early version of 'Three Voice Music Assembler' printed with the Star Wars and Chopsticks music as examples in CURSOR 1, no. 3 (March 1980): 17-19. In 1981, 'Three Voice Music Assembler' was reprinted in the 'AstroBASIC' manual.
