Unreleased English localization of the also-unreleased Kaitou Sugar, which was based on the Takao Saito manga of the same name.
It was set to be published by Vic Tokai in the US, but for unknown reasons was cancelled.
Debug Menu:
Press Select on the title screen to access a debug mode, which contains a level select, a sound test, and an option for invincibility. Interestingly, some entries in the sound test are blank.
