Sega Genesis Collection for PlayStation 2 was released on November 7, 2006 in North America.
The game was rated T (Teen, it have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older) by ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board).
To unlock the arcade version of Altered Beast, play every game in the lineup including the other unlockable arcade titles.
To unlock Future Spy, complete episode 1 on Comix Zone.
To unlock Tac/Scan, get to the bonus stage in the first level of Ristar.
To unlock Zaxxon, collect one Chaos Emerald while playing Sonic the Hedgehog. To collect a chaos emerald, collect 50 rings during the course of a stage, then jump through the giant ring at the end. Once inside, you can collect the emerald and unlock Zaxxon.
To unlock Zektor, clear Level 2 in the Genesis version of Altered Beast.
